Restoring your browser can help fix slow performance, glitches, or unresponsive tabs. Follow these simple steps to get your browser back to working order.
Resetting Google Chrome
- Open Chrome and click on the three-dot menu in the upper-right corner.
- Navigate to Settings.
- Scroll down and click on Advanced to expand additional options.
- Under Reset and clean up, select Restore settings to their original defaults.
- Confirm by clicking Reset settings.
Restoring Mozilla Firefox
- Open Firefox and click on the three-line menu in the upper-right corner.

Restoring Safari on macOS
- Open Safari and click on Safari in the top menu.
- Select Preferences.
- Navigate to the Privacy tab and click Manage Website Data.
- Select Remove All to clear all data.
- Go back to Preferences and reset other settings as needed.
